Data freshness depends on the import method. Dubai Pulse CSV imports are done manually; live API sync requires a provisioned API key. Always check the data-status indicator before generating a report.
Does PriceIQ handle off-plan properties?
Yes. Off-plan comps are kept separate from ready property comps to avoid skewing valuations. The model handles both.
Can I add my own adjustments to the CMA?
