Terms of Service

By using the DealPilot platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

DealPilot provides a SaaS platform for Dubai real estate professionals, including: NurtureBot, PriceIQ, DealFlow, ListingAI, ComplianceShield, CallPilot, ProspectAI, and DealCRM.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with 30 days' prior notice.

• You must be RERA-registered or operating under a licensed agency to use compliance features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

You must not:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes or in violation of RERA or TDRA regulations
• Send marketing messages without explicit consent per Cabinet Resolution 57 of 2024
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Resell the service without prior written permission

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.

No refunds for completed billing periods. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

DealPilot retains all intellectual property rights in the platform, software, and trademarks. You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to process your data to deliver the service.

Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement (for enterprise customers). We comply with UAE PDPL and GDPR where applicable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DealPilot's total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. We may terminate immediately for material breach of these Terms or regulatory non-compliance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the UAE. Any dispute shall be referred to the competent courts of Dubai.
